Laptop...thing. Probably not only laptop. Probably every computer thing. Here we go:

I barely found my Adobe Photoshop disk among all the rubbish. Then I put it into the disk thing and it begins making chomping chainsaw sounds. I begin to wonder whether I should have a copy of all disks I ever insert in there. Bleh. Photoshop installed fine, except for the thing in the beginning where you have to blindly guess what button stands for what because...it's in Russian! And not the type of Russian that you could be able to read, oh no, it's the gibberish version, like when it's on a webpage and it's not automatically decoded. Ha.

Well, that was that with Photoshop (there were only three buttons, there's only so much time it takes to guess the right one), but then I found the old Civ2 game and wanted to install that...yeah...installed...but then the Russian thing blows up in my face again, for you see - the game is in the wonderfull, not yet decoded Russian! What would I do if it was in a browser? Hit "view", decode it, and get on with my life (..hehe...life...). Can I do it there? NAH!!! Because all the buttons are in the gibberish, too.

From what I can recall, there was no such button anyway.

I weep.

And so today I got out of bed at seven having fallen asleep at about three. All in AMs. Nevertheless, I felt okay. The realization that I've woken up about an hour before I had to didn't even hit that hard. I pretty much spend the time by fixing my chain (which broke again because I forgot that I didn't really have time last time to fix it so it would be, well, fixed. Staplers don't hold it for long) But hey, at least my cross was found even before the chain was (hey, what are you doing on my bed? What are you NOT doing on my neck? Where the heck is the chain?! *by the way, panic doesn't really come after four hours of sleep, so it's been all good*)

And then I went to church in San Francisco and there I went kinda weird because...there...was a corpse there...I mean, I know that it's all based on faith, but there's a corpse there and there's a corpse there so then in conclusion, there's an unburied corpse there, so totally lying there...and all...

And so afterwards after being at home for thirty minutes we went...oh, to buy a laptop. And so after my dad and his friend made sure the assistant at Circuit City had some work for the day (I admire my dad for his look of utter "...Gods, you work here, and I know better than you what you should be doing". It really brings a smile out.) So we ended up buyng a laptop (Tablet PC...thing. A.k.a. I CAN DRAW ON IT AND IT ROTATES AND IT...has really cool elevator music.)

Highlight of the day:

Dad's friend:*front seat...my seat (DA weeps)* "Sheya bolit, povernut' ne mogu..." (My neck hurts, I can't even turn it)

Me: *from the back seat, allowing morbid-evil tone to creep out* "Vam povernut'?" (Can I turn it for you?)

It's okay, they laughed. Nobody got hurt. Like they would ever, really ^_^

Supposedly, we are getting a laptop. I uttered one word about it being black, Dad reveals the hidden displeasement with my liking of black (black, black is a COLOR for God's sake), then tells me not to say "I didn't do it" anymore. Interesting, what DID happen today? They left to go to the ocean and come back a bit angry...

Oh, and our bird is back. Or it's relative. *Sigh* Here we go again...

We're going to San Francisco tomorrow...to a church thing. I don't see how waking up at eight is going to be possible because I slept until one pm today. Oh well.
